Relaxing Weekend

This past weekend the kids were with their dad so Ron and I spent some quality time doing some necessary stuff around the house as well as just enjoying some time together. I can’t remember the last time that we shut off all the computers for two whole days and spent time in the “real” world.
I have to admit that we spent most of one day cleaning up the house. We’ve been living here since the first of April and still had some boxes left to unpack and put away and our bedroom/office also needed a really good makeover. My sissy just recently moved out and so we decided to convert her room into our office. My mom is considering coming to stay with us for a while so instead of completely converting the room into an office we just sort of converted it. LOL We have a desk, TV, and a lot of the computer equipment over there but the main stuff is still in our room until she decides what she is going to do.
For the rest of the weekend we spent time just talking, visiting family, and watching movies together. It was a really enjoyable time and very refreshing.
Oh, and I just have to mention the other thing we did! On Saturday we inteviewed a client and got a contract to create his website. So now we’re back to being busy again with this new project.
